1. General Terms and Applicability
This terms and conditions document applies to all services, products, and activities on the bgd99 platform. By creating an account on bgd99, participating in any game or betting service, or continuing to use the platform, a member agrees to all the terms set out in this document.

3. Account Verification and Security
bgd99 reserves the right to verify every account. The verification process typically begins before the first withdrawal or when any suspicious activity is detected. Verification may take some time, but it is carried out solely to protect the member's own interests.
3.1 Password Security
Your account password must be kept completely confidential. You should never share your password with anyone — bgd99 staff will never ask for your password. Passwords must not be easily guessable and should be a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters.
3.2 Unauthorized Access
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, or if your login details have been lost, contact our live chat support immediately. The support team is available 24 hours and will act promptly.
4. Deposits and Payment Methods
Making a deposit on bgd99 is straightforward and is handled entirely through mobile payments. The currently accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
4.1 Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳100. Deposits below this amount are not permitted and any transaction below this limit will be automatically rejected.
4.2 Deposit Terms
- Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in the member's own name.
- Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned in cases of suspected misuse.

5. Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawals from bgd99 are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals will always be sent to the member's own payment account — sending to a third-party account is not possible.
5.1 Minimum Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this amount cannot be made. bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay can be used for withdrawals.
5.2 Withdrawal Prerequisites
- The account must be fully verified.
- Withdrawals from bonus funds cannot be made until the active bonus wagering requirements have been met.
- Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it cannot be cancelled.
- If multiple withdrawal requests are pending at the same time, they will be processed in order.
5.3 Verification Delay
If account verification has not been completed, withdrawals may be temporarily held. Submitting the required documents promptly will help avoid this delay.
6. Bonus and Promotion Terms
bgd99 offers various bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which must be followed. Claiming a bonus means agreeing to all the terms of that bonus.
6.1 Welcome Bonus
The bgd99 welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the balance ৳2,000, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000. Withdrawals from bonus funds cannot be made until the wagering requirement is met.
6.2 Weekly Reload Bonus
bgd99 weekly reload bonus: a 20% bonus on any deposit, up to ৳5,000, claimable once per week. Wagering is 15 times, minimum deposit ৳100. Example: a ৳2,000 deposit gives a bonus of ৳400, with a wagering requirement of ৳400 × 15 = ৳6,000.
6.3 Other Promotions
bgd99 also runs several other promotions including the bgd99 Cricket Festival Bonus, bgd99 Birthday Special Gift, Refer a Friend with bgd99, and bgd99 Slots Tuesday Bonus. Each promotion has its own terms and wagering requirements, which are detailed on the relevant promotion page.
General bonus rules: More than one bonus cannot be active at the same time. If there is evidence of bonus abuse — such as placing coordinated bets from multiple accounts, or using bonuses solely for withdrawals — the bonuses on that account will be cancelled.
7. Betting and Gaming Rules
All betting and gaming activities on bgd99 are conducted in accordance with the rules set out in this section. Specific rules may also apply to individual games or betting categories.
7.1 Validity of Bets
A bet is considered final once it has been fully confirmed. bgd99 reserves the right to correct any bets or results that are displayed incorrectly due to a system error. If a bet is not properly recorded due to a technical issue, it will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
7.2 Sports Betting
For sports betting, results will be determined in accordance with the official announcement of the relevant sports authority. If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets are generally voided and stakes are refunded. bgd99 reserves the right to change odds due to changing circumstances or delays in an ongoing event.
7.3 Casino and Slot Games
All casino and slot games operate through RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which ensures completely fair results. Live casino games are operated by third-party game studios, and those studios' own rules may also apply.
8. Prohibited Activities
The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on bgd99. Violating these rules will result in immediate account suspension or closure, and all balances may be forfeited.
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Bonus abuse — such as attempting to meet bonus terms through coordinated betting.
- Using technical errors to cheat or gain an unfair advantage.
- Opening an account using another person's identity documents.
- Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
- Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
- Using automated software or bots to place bets.
- Threatening or harassing other members or staff.
Legal action: For serious violations such as money laundering or identity fraud, bgd99 reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities.
9. Account Suspension and Closure
bgd99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason — particularly for violations of these terms — without prior notice.
9.1 Closure at Member's Request
If a member wishes to close their account, they may contact our support team. Before closure, all active bets should be settled and any valid balance should be withdrawn.
9.2 Policy During Suspension
While an account is suspended, no new deposits, bets, or withdrawals can be made. If the investigation is completed and no violation is found, the account will be reactivated.
10. Responsible Gaming
bgd99 believes that gaming is a form of entertainment — never a solution to financial problems. We encourage all members to use the responsible gaming guidelines and self-control tools.
10.1 Setting Limits
Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on their deposits, bets, or losses. These limits can be set through the support team.
